Power comes in from either 2 or 6. Power exits at 1 from Power Pin 2 and from 5 from Power Pin 6 during the momentary down switch position. Power exits at 4 from Power Pin 2 and from 8 from Power Pin 6 during the momentary up switch position. Middle position is off. (Page 8 from Data Sheet; Circuit 28)
